Overview
With this Pack, your clients can easily tackle mail contact creation by simply completing the SmartForm with the required contact details. Pia automatically performs the task for them based on submitted details, freeing your engineers to focus on work that truly requires human expertise.
The Create Contact Pack enables clients to quickly add new mail contacts and assign them to the appropriate groups in Active Directory or Azure Active Directory, depending on their environment. It also supports bulk contact creation, eliminating the need for multiple SmartForm submissions when several contacts are required.
Flow
Here’s the flow:
- Pia will ask you to fill in the details of the new contact.
- Pia will also ask you to select the distribution groups the new contact needs to be added to.
- Pia will create new contact(s) based on the details submitted in the SmartForm.
