Add to Local Machine RDP Group for Staff Onboarding

Overview
With Pia, you can automate multiple tasks within your workstation. Sometimes, you may need to review the actions Pia has performed so you can keep track of what is going on behind the scenes.
For this, we have created an automation that will retrieve Pia logs from the selected machine and present them to you in a downloadable format so that you can review and keep track of all the actions that Pia performs on your machine.
Flow
Here’s the flow:
- Pia will retrieve the list of machines for the client and present a list in a drop-down format for you to select a single machine.
- Pia will retrieve all the local diagnostic files from the machine.
- A downloadable link for Pia logs will be displayed in the chatbot.
