Chad Ramsey doesn’t just work in AI, he builds with it.

As a Product Specialist at Pia, Chad moves between support tickets, onboarding sessions, technical deep dives, and live demos with ease. What stands out most is not just his technical skill, but his curiosity and energy. From rapidly mastering the platform to helping partners unlock value faster, Chad brings a builder’s mindset to everything he touches.

And when he’s not supporting partners or exploring automation, you’ll likely find him experimenting with AI music tools, gaming like it’s still the Atari era, or sharing life lessons with his son.

Meet Chad Ramsey, one of the passionate builders behind Pia.

What’s your role at Pia, and what does a typical day look like for you?

CR: I’m a Product Specialist here at Pia, and I wear a lot of hats. A typical day can include handling support tickets, helping colleagues with technical questions, running demos for prospects, or meeting with partners during their onboarding sessions. Every day is different, which keeps things interesting.

What’s something about your job at Pia that might surprise people?

CR: The people and the culture. Leadership has done a tremendous job hiring people who genuinely work well together and align with the company’s values. Everyone is hyper focused on making Pia successful, but we also have a lot of fun doing it. Having fun at work is essential to productivity and long-term success, and I think our leadership really leads by example there.

What’s been your favorite moment or win at Pia so far?

CR: How quickly I was able to learn Pia and start teaching it to others. I came in with limited AI experience and reached an expert level faster than I expected. That says a lot about how intuitive the platform is. It’s rewarding to go from learning something new to confidently helping others master it.

What excites you most about the work Pia is doing right now or where we’re headed?

CR: AI opens up almost unlimited possibilities. We have a strong team, and I’m excited to see what they come up with next. I’m most excited about being part of the journey. Right now, the Automation Builder is especially exciting, but the future really feels wide open.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work when you’re not thinking about tech, partners, or tickets?

CR: I love building things with AI. It feels like the ultimate Lego set. I also enjoy video games and have been a gamer since the Atari days. Most importantly, I love spending time with my son and sharing knowledge with him. Seeing the world again through his eyes is pretty incredible.

What’s a hobby, interest, or random skill you have that most people probably don’t know about?

CR: I’m an AI enthusiast and enjoy building creative projects. I’m also an audio engineer and make music. I built an app that pulls stems from downloaded songs so I can use them as samples in my own music using AI. It’s a fun combination of tech and creativity.

If you had to describe your personality using only three words, what would they be?

CR:  Fun, thoughtful, supportive

What’s your go-to productivity hack or favorite tool that helps you get things done?

CR: Claude AI. It’s incredibly well organized and has helped me build several AI projects. It’s also taught me a lot about software development, management, and deployment. Used correctly, tools like this can really accelerate your skillset.
