Overview
In this example, we demonstrate how to build a SmartForms automation with zero-touch functionality. Once the client submits the SmartForm, the automation is triggered automatically in your PSA without needing any involvement from the engineer. As long as the client provides all necessary information and the data is valid, the workflow runs end-to-end on its own.
