Overview
In Cloud Hybrid environments, organizations often face challenges with user synchronization between on-premises directories and cloud services. A common issue arises when your Service Desk is updating a user’s details but due to improper syncing, you end up with two sets of information for the same staff member. So, how do you effectively determine the sync status of a specific user?
To solve this problem, we use an automation that checks the sync state of the selected user. This ensures you can confidently identify whether the user is synced or not, helping you manage hybrid identities more effectively.
Flow
Here’s the flow:
- Pia will ask you to select a user from the drop-down to check the sync status for.
- Pia will check if the user details are synced in both Cloud directory and local directory.
- Pia will present a chat message informing you about the sync status of the selected user.
