Before this integration, MSPs using CloudRadial’s client-facing forms had to manually categorize, route, and resolve service requests, often relying on incomplete or outdated data. Now, Pia’s automation seamlessly processes the tickets generated from CloudRadial form submissions, accurately prioritizing them and kicking off Pia’s ticket automation. This reduces technician workload, accelerates resolution times, and improves overall service quality.
