We’re excited to share that Pia is now a supported integration in Nilear’s MTX Pods, offering a more streamlined and efficient experience for our users. This integration enhances the personalization of MTX, allowing users to import more of their third-party vendors into our ticketing interface.

What Are Nilear Pods?

Nilear’s Pods in MTX allow users to customize their ticketing experience. These pods are imported directly from ConnectWise PSA, ensuring seamless integration with your existing workflow. Any pods configured in your ConnectWise instance can be accessed within the pods tab of MTX.

By incorporating pods into MTX, users can manage tickets efficiently without the need to toggle between different platforms. The integration keeps essential vendor information accessible within the ticketing workflow, improving service delivery and reducing manual effort.

Pods can be found on the scroll bar of MTX tickets. Simply toggle the scroll bar from "Notes" to locate the tab. Check the top right side of the dual pane view when working on a ticket.

Getting Started with the Integration

Adding your pods to MTX is simple. Third-party vendors integrate directly with the ConnectWise PSA interface through the CW pod integration. Nilear pulls in all active pods from your ConnectWise instance, ensuring that configured vendor pods automatically appear in MTX.

To set up your integration:

Ensure that Pia is properly configured within your ConnectWise PSA.
Navigate to the "Nilear Pods" tab in the ticketing view.
Verify that your vendor pods are appearing as expected.
