What is Pia Chat?

Pia Chat is a Microsoft Teams based integration with a built-in resolution assistant that helps your team resolve tickets faster and automate common requests.

Instead of routing tickets, Pia Chat focuses on resolving them. Requests are captured directly in Teams, guided through smart forms, and either resolved automatically or passed to your team with full context.
