Introducing our Strategic Partner Success Team driving real outcomes

Written by Nathan Peabody | Feb 5, 2026 11:15:18 PM

Updates from Nathan Peabody, Director of Strategic Partnerships, and Joshua Norman, Strategic Partner Success Manager, on how we’re helping partners accelerate adoption and achieve meaningful results with Pia.

While superheroes save cities, Pia saves time, sanity, and resources.

From strategic planning to accelerating adoption, we’re focused on making technology work harder for you and ensuring every initiative drives measurable business outcomes.

This year marked a major milestone for Pia with the launch of our Strategic Partner Success Team. Our mission is simple: help our large-scale partners create a clear path to adoption and impact, while aligning technology with the outcomes that matter most.

Why does this matter?

Technologyalone doesn’t guarantee success. True success comes from a structured approach, one that combines planning, engagement, and continuous improvement.

That’s why we’ve built a high-touch engagement model designed to deliver long-term value for our largest partners. We call it our Strategic Partnership Program

What does it mean to be a Strategic Partner?

  • Dedicated Strategic Partner Success Manager – Your advisorfor rollout planning, adoption efforts, and weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews
  • Joint ImpactPlan (JIP) – Milestones and metrics tailored to your goals
  • QuarterlyBusiness Reviews (QBR) – Progress updates for your executive team, andmeasuring attainment to JIP goals
  • ProactiveInsights & Training – Data-driven recommendations to boost adoption
  • StructuredCommunication Cadence – Regular touchpoints to keep initiatives on track

Building our team and hitting the road to help more partners

We welcomed Joshua Norman to the team this fall, and he has made an immediate positive impact with his partner base.

Together, Josh and I have spent the past several months working closely with strategic partners to strengthen adoption and uncover new automation opportunities.

Since joining Pia, Josh has streamlined partner engagement processes, introduced structured adoption reviews for his key accounts, and strengthened communication cadence to keep initiatives on track.

His proactive approach and technical prowess have improved alignment with partner goals, setting the stage for measurable impact in 2026 and beyond.

We were all over the map in 2025, and there’s even more to come this year! From Louisville to Charlotte, Newark to San Diego, we go where our Pia-loving partners go – and what a ride it’s been.

One of the perks of working for an innovative and fast-moving company is sharing our success with the world, so keep an eye out for us at industry events, partner summits, and community gatherings throughout the year.

We’re just getting started!

As we look ahead to the rest of 2026, Josh and I are excited to deepen our partnerships, introduce new programs for automation scaling, and continue driving measurable impact.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Wishing you an incredible year ahead!
